HALF WALL REMOVAL: Some homes have a half wall, or sometimes called a pony wall, going up the stairs. There are options if you have pony walls and are looking for a more open view. The pony wall can be removed and replaced with a stair railing. Taking down a pony wall is a pretty simple process. It will be worked out in sections. Once the wall is removed, there will be drywall repair and texture. The homeowner is responsible for taking care of the paint.

Full Railing Remodel: A stair railing remodel is a common home improvement project. Stair Railings are typically not a high priority when it comes to remodeling. Consider this though; the stair case is typically the focal point of the entire home, as it can be seen from both the first and second floors. Updating your rail system will change the overall appearance of your entire home, while adding sentimental and monetary value.

STAIN AND FINISH: A wood's natural beauty is brought out by properly sanding and applying the stain. There is variation in all wood, but that is the beauty of it. Depending what part of the tree the wood is used, the texture and grains will vary. A more unified color can be achieved by staining the wood properly. This process includes sanding, staining, sealing, and protecting the wood with clear coating. We offer a select number of different stain colors. If the homeowner wants a custom color, he/she will provide it for us. We can assure that you will be satisfied with the quality of our work.
